When setting up Lightspeed with Shopify, you can sync combined inventory of all stores or sync inventory from multiple Lightspeed shops to Shopify locations.
The system will Download Shopify local pickup and local delivery orders in the respective Lightspeed stores. Lightspeed inventory will always be reduced from the store that store is mapped with Shopify location.
